A Real estate agent in Kaufman county meeting clients at new build communities

Hi, I’m Jariza Pedroza.

Welcome to my page💗

My name is Jariza, a bilingual REALTOR® who primarily works in the 📍DFW & surrounding areas.

Texas born and raised 🤠, Latina 🇲🇽, Wife💍, with two perfect fur babies 🐱🐶💗

I spent years wondering what I was meant to do, and I realized my passion was helping people. I became a cosmetologist at the age of 18 and found a love for helping people -as a hairstylist I did exactly that by helping so many clients feel confident, supported, and taken care of. At a hard time in my life I felt like I was missing something, I knew I wanted to try something new and find a way to help people in other ways. After shadowing a Realtor (a close friend who later became my mentor) I found that I wanted to become a realtor, after months of dedication and hard work as well as the help of my amazing mentor. I was licensed after my first try taking my exams 🥹as someone who thought I could never get to where I wanted to be in life, my happiness comes from helping people who may have never thought owning a home was possible🏡💗

If you’re looking to buy, sell, or invest,

My Process

My approach is centered around making the process for you as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible. Exploring the market can be very overwhelming and having someone by your side makes everything so much easier. I start by really understanding your goals—whether you’re buying or selling—so we can build a strategy that fits your needs.

For buyers, I guide you step-by-step, from getting pre-approved to finding the right home and negotiating the best terms. For sellers, I focus on pricing, marketing, and positioning your home to attract strong offers.

Throughout the process, communication is key—I keep you updated, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident in every decision. And while you’re working directly with me, I’m also backed by a high-producing team and experienced mentorship, so you’re fully supported from start to finish.”
